Levi Akkerman is an associate at Christensen Law LLC and practices corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Division of the Superior Court and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Levi worked at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP as an associate in the bankruptcy group. Levi has represented debtors, creditors' committees, lenders, independent directors, Fortune 500 companies, and other parties in interest in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings including fiduciary duty advice, adversary proceedings, and contested sale and financing matters.
